Nice intro video. I think that you said a sanitizer is for cleaning. I’ve read that you want a cleanser for cleaning unless you want to use hot water and elbow grease like I do and you want to use a sanitizer obviously for sanitizing only. These are two distincly different and important steps. I always clean up after I brew, transfer or bottle with hot water and a sponge for plastic and the carboy brush and hot water for the glass. I then sanitize on the next time of brewing, transfering or bottling.
